Seedlip is a new botanical but non-alcoholic ‘spirit’ distilled as a gin or vodka would be. In a copper pot still. It therefore is unique, creating it’s own sector. It’s English too, so lots to like about it. We should all want it to succeed, massively. And yet flavour wise it doesn’t quite hit the spot for me.
